Why do I need to enter my credit card for a free credit score?
When you sign up for our triple bureau credit monitoring, you will receive a free credit score. After the first 7 days of your service, if you have not canceled the service your triple bureau credit monitoring will continue and you will be charged the monthly cost of $14.95 plus tax where applicable for the service on or about the 8th day after your enrollment and thereafter about every 30 days. Therefore, in order to process your order, we must have a valid credit card during signup. When you signup, we will verify your card by requesting a $1 authorization on your card. This $1 authorization will show as a pending charge on your account; however, it will NOT be charged to your card. We will simply send this request to ensure the card is valid.

How do I change my email address on my account?
If you have a new email address, it is important to update your email address with CreditReportsandScores.com because we often communicate with you via email, especially for your alert emails. To change your email address on your account, please call our Customer Service Department at 866-974-6188. A representative will be able to change it for you.
Our Customer Service Department hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 6:00pm PST and Saturday - Sunday, 6:00am - 4:00pm PST.

I forgot my login information, how do I log in to my account?
From the User Login page, simply enter your email address and click the "Forgot Password?" link. We will send you an email with a temporary password.

Can my spouse and I be monitored on the same account?
No. Your membership for CreditReportsandScores.com is based on your own personal profile and social security number. Therefore, your account can only be set up for one individual. Other family members that would like to be monitored will need to set up their own account.

I entered incorrect information while setting up my account, how do I change it?
If you have completed the membership signup process and can view your dashboard, click on the "My Account" tab. Here you will see a link to edit your name and address as well as a link to update your credit card information.
If you have not yet completed the signup process, click on "Member Login" in the top right corner. Once you log in, you will be taken to a page where you are able to edit your personal information.

I can't get through the authentication process, what do I do?
Please verify all of your personal information you have provided is correct. Double check to make sure the SSN you are entering is correct. If you are still not able to successfully complete the process, please call our Credit Advisory Department at 888-279-4078. A representative will assist you through verbal authentication.

Why am I not able to get emails from CreditReportsandScores.com?
Emails from CreditReportsandScores.com might be going to your junk or bulk mail folders. Please make sure to mark all emails coming from www.CreditReportsandScores.com as safe. This will ensure you receive your alert emails as well as purchase receipts. Also, if you have changed your e-mail address, make sure you update your CreditReportsandScores.com account by calling our Customer Service Department at 866-974-6188, as well as updating your safe list to include emails from www.CreditReportsandScores.com
But remember, your alerts will always show up on the dashboard, even if you don't receive the email. It is important to login to your account on a regular basis just to be safe. You also can view a list of your purchases from the "My Account" tab.

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel the service during your 7 day trial period, please call our Customer Service team at 866-974-6188. Operating hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 4:30pm Pacific Time. To cancel after the 7 day trial period, simply login to your account and click on the "My Account" tab. You will see a link to cancel your service. Your membership will automatically be canceled. If you cancel after the 7 day trial period, you will be billed the monthly charge of $14.95 plus tax where applicable on or about the 8th day following your enrollment and about every 30 days thereafter until you cancel. After you cancel, you will not be billed for any future monthly payments. When you do cancel, you are canceling any future membership fee. Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for either the current or prior month's fees.

Is there a refund policy for your Triple Bureau Daily Monitoring?
You can try our service without charge for up to 7 days. If you cancel during the first 7 days after you enrolled, you will not be billed for your triple bureau credit monitoring or your credit report with score. If you cancel after the 7 day trial period, you will be billed the monthly charge of $14.95 plus tax where applicable on or about the 8th day following your enrollment and about every 30 days thereafter until you cancel. After you cancel, you will not be billed for any future monthly payments. When you do cancel, your service will immediately end and you will not be further billed. Cancelling your service does not entitle you to a refund of either the current or prior month's fees.

How many times can I sign up for a free credit monitoring trial?
Each individual can only received the free 7 day trial, including credit monitoring and a free credit score, one time. If you cancel your membership, you can still come back and re-activate your membership at any time; however, you will not be eligible for the 7 day trial. When you re-activate your membership you will be billed $14.95/month plus tax where applicable for the service starting the day you reactivate. You will be re-enrolled in our triple bureau credit monitoring and will have the ability to purchase a triple bureau credit report with scores at any time.

I canceled my membership; can I sign back up again?
Yes! You can come back at anytime and re-subscribe to CreditReportsandScores.com. Once you re-activate your account, you will automatically be enrolled in our monthly membership for $14.95/month plus tax where applicable starting the day your reactivate.

What Is Triple Bureau Credit Monitoring?

How do I get a copy of my Credit Report?
Once you sign up for our credit monitoring service, simply click on the "Credit Report" tab to see your credit report. This initial credit report will be available for you to view for 60 days or until you cancel your membership. You may also purchase a Triple Bureau Credit Report with Scores at any time as long as you are a member. This report also is available to view for 60 days as long as you are a member.

When I order my report through CreditReportsandScores.com, will it show up as an inquiry on my credit report?
No. Your score is not affected when you pull a report and score on yourself. Additionally, when you use CreditReportsandScores.com it will not be visible to any lenders, creditors or employers.

How long do I have to view my Credit Report online?
Your credit report will be available for you to view online for 60 days as long as you remain a member. If you cancel, you will no longer have access to your report. We recommend that you print out your report while it is available to you on line so you can reference it in the future if needed. Remember, you can order a new triple report with triple score at any time! These reports also will be available online for 60 days as long as you are a member.
